When Should I Place an Order?
Please consider placing your order 4 weeks prior to your event. I often have to order supplies (cutters/molds, etc) in advance. This is also not my full-time job right now. I often wake up early or stay up late to complete orders. I sometimes can squeeze in an order based on my availability. However, placing your order in advance can help secure your order/date!
How Do I Place an Order?
Please fill out the request form in the "ORDER REQUEST" page within the navigation bar above. I will reach out to you via the email you provided for more details, an exact quote and will send you an invoice via Square. This is also the time where you can send me inspo pictures!
Where Are You Located?
Pick up is in Sabraton, WV which is within Morgantown, WV. My exact address will be sent once the final payment is received.
Do You Require a Deposit?
Yes - a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your order. I cannot hold any dates or orders without it.
Can I Put My

Cookies In The
Refrigerator?
NO! Cookies are heat sealed and are fresh up to 2 weeks, stored at room temperature. Event postponed or want to save for later? Cookies can be placed in the freezer for up to 3 months. When ready to enjoy, place at room temperature and do not touch for 24 hours.
Can You Ship?
No, I am sorry! The integrity of my products means a lot to me (maybe, I am also a little bit of a control freak) but even with bubble wrap, the product will suffer in some capacity during shipping.
Do You Offer
Gluten-Free or
Nut-free
options?
All of my proucts are peanut-free as I am allergic to peanuts. However, my decorated sugar cookies include Almond Extract. I do not offer gluten-free products as it is a home bakery so I can not guarantee zero cross-contamination!
Do You Deliver?
I can offer local delivery services for an extra $10 flat charge.
