Please read each policy before placing an order! By placing an order, you are agreeing to these policies.
Details
Please email me any changes to your order details 30 days prior to pick up. This gurantees that I will have enough time to gather the supplies needed for the detail change. (ex: needing a cookie cutter shape I do not own and suppliers can take up to 2 weeks for shipping).
Deposit
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your date/order. The remaining 50% is due 1 week prior to pick up - orders not paid by then will forfeit their deposit and the order will not be made!
Designs & Color
Please note products may vary. I cannot gurantee 100% color matching, cookie shapes/designs from inspiration photos!
Pick Up
Pick ups are at my home in Sabraton, WV. My address will be sent once the final payment is received. Please be prompt with pick up. Once the order is picked up, I am no longer responsible for anything that may happen to that order.
